I could probably write a novel about the things that I value and why, but you’re not here for me, you’re here for you. As such, it is my job to serve you.
You might expect me to ramble on about all the fancy things I’d do if I was your agent (I will, just not now), but really my job is to serve you. There is not cookie cutter approach to it either because every situation is different. What I focus on is getting to know you and your needs so that I can cater my service especially for you. There isn’t a limit to my services since I can’t predict what my client will need.
This is my promise to you, that I will be honest with you, will look after your interests before mine and do everything I can to ensure every party to every transaction walks away with a smile. If it’s shady, I don’t do it. This doesn’t just apply to my business, this is who I am. Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody is watching, so I conduct every action as if I have an audience. Yes, my client is my top priority, but that never comes at the expense of anyone else.
Not rushed, not in a hurry, not hasty or without care, but urgent. Time is of the essence with every transaction, and while the people who work in the industry make it a routine procedure to facilitate deals, I understand that this is one of the most important things going on in your life right now. I act with a sense of urgency from day one because I know that. I don’t take my job lightly, I don’t waste time. I reply to my calls, texts and emails promptly and I expect the same from the people I work with, including you. There’s a job to do and it is urgent that I get it done. Every detail, big or small, will be completed with the same level of care and attention.
